Dr. Brad charges $250 per hour for most visits and things (calling and dealing with prescriptions, letters, ordering or reviewing labs, email and text time, copying files, etc).
New Patient Visit:
$375 (includes 90+ minute appointment with Dr. Brad AND a 60 minute appointment with Chef Lauren at a later time - required for all patients who want quicker and better results!)
Follow Up Visits:
$125 (30 minute)
$187 (45 minute)
$250 (60 minute)
Pediatric Visits:
$ 250 (45-60 minute new patient pediatric visit)
$ 175 (30-45 minute acute pediatric visit)
Chef Coach Lauren is $150 per hour
Payment Policy and Responsibility
Payment is expected at the time of service. Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. In the case of insufficient funds, a service fee of $50 per returned check will be added. Insurance companies are increasingly covering naturopathic medical care, so ask your carrier about coverage or reimbursement. We do not bill insurance, but can provide you with paperwork to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Reimbursement of service is not guaranteed. If you have insurance that does not cover naturopathic medical care, use of a Health Savings Account (HAS) or flexible spending account may cover this care. Check with your employer to see if one of these options is available to you.
Missed Appointments
A fee of no less than $75 and up to the full cost of the visit (complete no-shows) will be applied if less than 48 hours notice is given for cancelled or "re-scheduled" appointments.
Vitamin Shot Happy Hours
This is now every other Friday from 10:00 AM until 2pm on the office front deck. (The 1st and 3rd Friday of each month unless it's a holiday or posted otherwise)
B12 shots are given IM (intramuscular) in the arm or hip area and are usually painless! B Complex, Glutathione, Magnesium can also be added on. B12 is in the Methyl or Hydroxocobalamin forms.
Skinny Slim Shots with MIC and Carnitine are wildly popular as an "All-In-One" and contain Methionine, Inositol, Choline, Carnitine, active B12 concentrate and B Complex!
Times are often also available at the clinic the following day/weekend (the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month) but please call or text to confirm.

Dr. Brad offers individual appointments in Los Gatos on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, all day. And in Santa Cruz 1-2 days per week, (Mon and Thurs).
A medical superbill is provided for those interested in filing for reimbursement with their insurer. We do not bill insurance and cannot help you negotiate.
For payment: we accept check, cash, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo or credit card.
